Need to be more explicit on setting the wheel wells to fit the bikes! I figured out that you can take apart the wheel well where it slides onto its bar. This allowed me to set the proper width my two bikes. By just sliding the wheel wells onto the bar, they oppose each other making it impossible to set the proper width for both bikes

I’ve got a heybike step through bike and am unable to secure it. The top hook is too high. I look forward to being contacted by customer service to find a solution.

I am really impressed with the quality. It’s definitely not cheaply built and we haven’t went far with it but loaded our 2 e-bikes and drove a few miles up the road and with corners and bumps and bikes held great and no squeaky rack noises. Great purchase. Our two e-bikes fit great and easy to load.
